SHIPPING POLICY — Last updated: April 2026

How it works: Vita Beaut is a dropshipping store. Orders ship directly from our supplier to you.

We ship to: Netherlands and Belgium only.

Processing: 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery: 7–15 business days for both NL and BE. We always deliver within 30 days by law — if we can't, you're entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped (allow 48h for it to activate). If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us.

Damaged orders: Photo the damage immediately, keep the packaging, and contact us within 14 days. We'll replace or refund at no cost.

Lost orders: If not delivered within 30 days of shipping, contact us — we'll resolve it with the carrier.

Returns (14-day right of withdrawal): Under EU law, you may return any order within 14 calendar days of delivery without reason. Notify us by email. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective.

Exception: Opened health & beauty products (skincare, cosmetics, supplements, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sealed items are fully returnable.

Defective or wrong item: You're covered by a 2-year legal guarantee (NL: Art. 7:17 BW / BE: Art. 1649bis BW). Contact us — we cover return shipping and will repair, replace, or refund.
